We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Countryland Roofing! Jonathan came out to do a quick inspection for a quote, and after noting that this was potentially just a small problem, he hopped up on the roof to give it a quick fix without costing us anything. He was upfront and honest that there was a chance that this may not fix it - but, was hoping it would. He gave instructions on how to tell if it was working, and let us know to call him with the results whether good or bad. We received honest, thorough service as well as felt like he was invested in the results. Not only that, he was kind and very polite. We recently purchased a home knowing the roof would need replacing within a couple of years due to the roof not being installed correctly the first time, but it started leaking soon after we moved in.  We got several bids and CountryLand Roofing's bid was very thorough, explaining everything they would be doing, and it included a copy of their state business license and insurance which I appreciated.

They accommodated our schedule and ordered the materials. They did not require any payment at all until the work was done.

Then they came out on some of the hottest days in July and worked tirelessly on our metal roof making sure it was done as soon as possible, making allowances for any possible rain.

Any time they found something that they needed to fix or change, they came to us explaining thoroughly the problem and possible solutions, letting us decide. There were only a couple of minor things like the change of the roof from the house to the porch, things like that, but they always made sure we were informed.

The entire team was very courteous and professional. When they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly and even moved some of the leftover supplies into our barn for us.

I highly recommend CountryLand Roofing wholeheartedly.
